Refund & Return Policy
At Ambient Solutions, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is defective or damaged during delivery.
The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered).
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Clearance, sale, or custom-made products.
3. Return Process

2. Provide images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
3. Our team will review the request and arrange for return pickup (if available) or guide you to ship the product back.
4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance or rejection of the return.
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except for cases of wrong/damaged product delivery.
5. Replacements
If the same product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on customer preference).
Replacements are shipped once the returned product is received and verified.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
If already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
